Chua Lik Teng is Of Counsel in the Corporate and Commercial Practice.

Her areas of focus are in corporate and commercial law, direct investment, employment and banking.

Lik Teng was formerly Chief Executive Officer of The Law Society of Singapore (2007 to 2010), where she supported the Council of the Law Society in consultations on major practice issues and in identifying and addressing practice issues of concern to the profession.

Lik Teng graduated with a LL.B (Hons.) from the London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London, United Kingdom. She was admitted as a barrister-at-law, Middle Temple, United Kingdom in 1992 and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1993.
