Rebecca Aw is a Legal Executive in the Intellectual Property Practice.

She specialises in patent matters and oversees the patent portfolios for numerous local and international clients. Rebecca handles a full range of patent prosecution work and has extensive experience in patent prosecution in many jurisdictions including Southeast Asia and the Indian subcontinent.

Rebecca has been involved in drafting and prosecution of patent applications in the technology field, including for computer devices and software. She has also managed clients’ patent and industrial design portfolios and overseen patents and records teams.

Rebecca graduated with a B.Sc in Information Technology from the University of Wollongong, Australia in 2003, and has completed the Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law, conferred jointly by the IP Academy and the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore.
