She advises local and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including multi-jurisdictional mergers & acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, and corporate structuring.

Her experience includes assisting with investment transactions and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.

Claudia graduated with an LL.B (Hons.) from the National University of Singapore in 2021. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2022.
