Thanjit Kaur is a Senior Associate in the Disputes & Specialist Practice, and a member of the Healthcare Law Team and Technology and Data Protection Team.

Thanjit’s primary practice areas are medical negligence and commercial disputes. She has assisted in numerous contentious civil and commercial matters including international commercial arbitration matters, bankruptcy, contractual claims, money lending claims, shareholder disputes, defamation suits, employment disputes, tenancy disputes and construction matters.

Thanjit graduated from the University of Leeds in 2018 with an LL.B (Hons.) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2020.
