Mary Ann Suarez is a Legal Executive in the Intellectual Property Practice, specialising in trademark and design matters.

Her main areas of responsibility are in the management and supervision of clients’ local and international trademark and design portfolios, including filing, prosecution, maintenance of trademarks and designs, and providing advice on the protection, exploitation and enforcement strategies.

Mary Ann also assists with drafting trademark specifications, handling clearance searches as well as providing advice on availability and registrability of trademarks.

Mary Ann is experienced in handling a full range of trademark prosecution work in Singapore and foreign countries. She has also worked in the Philippines in fields including employment, commercial and litigation law.

Mary Ann graduated with a B.Sc (majoring in Computer Science) from Adamson University in Manila, Philippines in 1997.
