Tzer Wern advises on a broad range of corporate transactional matters, with core areas of focus on mergers & acquisitions, investments, private equity, and corporate finance, complemented by an active practice in general corporate advisory work.

He has acted for clients across a wide spectrum of industries and stages of growth - from emerging companies to established multinational corporations. Tzer Wern regularly advises on both domestic and cross-border transactions and has experience representing clients based in Asia, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Tzer Wern graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2016 with an LL.B (Hons.) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2018.
