Lynn Ariele Soh is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Practice, and Team Lead of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Employment Practice.

Lynn has over 15 years of experience as a corporate lawyer. Her current practice areas include general corporate advisory, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, employment law, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining the firm, Lynn has practiced at a Magic Circle firm, a major Singapore law firm and boutique corporate law firms.

She has also acquired valuable experience and insights as an in-house counsel when she was Vice President (Legal) at a healthcare group with business and operations in Asia and Australia.

As part of her corporate practice, Lynn regularly advises start-ups, venture capital firms, individual investors, SMEs and MNCs on general corporate matters, fundraising and investments, acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate governance.

As part of her employment practice, Lynn advises companies on general employment matters and long-term incentive plans (LTIPs) such as employee share option plans, restricted share unit, deferred compensation plans, responsible retrenchment, as well as wrongful dismissal claims. She frequently conducts training for both local and regional clients' HR and senior management teams on a range of Singapore employment law topics.

Lynn is effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
