Billy Lau has over 20 years’ experience advising clients on corporate finance, reverse takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, regulatory compliance and corporate governance, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.

He was previously a registered professional, undertaking continuing sponsorship of companies listed on the Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, and was a committee member of the Singapore Law Society’s Corporate Practice Committee and Equity Capital Markets Law Committee.

Billy graduated from the University of Sheffield with an LL.B (Hons.) in 1999 and was awarded an LL.M (Chinese Law) from the National University of Singapore in 2005. He is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor to both the High Court of Malaya and the Supreme Court of Singapore.
